Its aromas are very complex, powerful and elegant, dominating the aromas of ripe fruit, black fruits and liquorice contributed by the Tempranillo grapes. Secondary aromas appear, wild owers as lavender, spicy clove, cedar, and balsamic as eucalyptus, all them coming from the oak of the barrels.
In the mouth this is a wine of remarkable body, balanced, with sweet tannins from the skin, with a great length and a persistent end.
Its vineyards over 30 years old are located in Mucientes, Valladolid. It has less than one kilogram per vine production, obtaining a wine with high-quality standards. Its characteristic climate is continental with Atlantic influence where its temperature changes are generally of high contrast. Its soils are composed of sand, limestone and clay. Aged in Allier French oak barrels and American Pennsylvania. Two years bottled without clarification or filtration.
