Rosson Amarone della Valpolicella
Very intense, dark ruby __red colour. The nose is rich and seductive, and the aromas evolve continuously after the bottle has been unCorked. At first there are notes of ripe red fruit and spices, which then turn towards herbaceous and floral. In the mouth it is persistent, very silky with bold flavours of chocolate, vanilla, black cherry, ripe plums wrapping it up with leather and hay.
A lot of substance and little "fashion" in the glass therefore, for this blend, created starting from a rigorous selection of the bunches in the vineyards. The grapes are left to dry for four months on wooden tables, then vinify and refine, for 4 years, in oak barrels. A bottle that represents the flagship of the whole production of the Terre di Pietra farm, and which is produced only in the most exceptional years: an opportunity to be seized!
