Description

Intense aroma of jammy red fruit, morello cherry and walnut shells, followed by lots of dark intense and velvety fruit on the palate. Full bodied and simply divine.

Extra Notes

Traditional maceration for 10-12 days and fermentation of must under controlled temperature conditions, using delestage and pumping over. Malolactic fermentation. 6 month ageing in oak and 2-3 month in bottle before release.
