Orchard Block Pinot Noir
Fruit-driven and texturally silky, showing dark cherry and plums with a chocolate note on the finish. Pure and structured, there's a touch of savouriness lingering, too. Delicious, especially with seared duck breast or a duck salad with cherries.
Folding Hill is a small family owned wine company that makes premium wines from fruit grown entirely on its own 11 acre, vineyard in Bendigo Central Otago. Originally planted entirely in Pinot Noir , which is now certified organic , subsequent plantings have included Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Virtually all viticulture is done by hand and yields are managed to provide optimally ripe fruit that allow our wines to fully express the beautiful site they come from.
