Idun Crépuscule Pinot Noir

Description

Very light ruby with a brick-red rim. Bramble and rose petals, ripe cherries and strawberries on the nose, with a little cola and raspberry nose. Lots of delicate red fruits on the very light palate. Delicate and integrated tannins, this beautiful red is drinking perfect now or will cellar for a delight in the future.

Crepuscule means twilight and is the delicate example of these unique characters.

Elgin

Elgin, 40 miles (65km) southeast of Cape Town, is part of the Western Cape wine region of South Africa. Aromatic varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay feel most at home in Elgin's cool climate and produce wines with highly expressive fruit and character. Elgin is located in a basin nestled among the Hottentots-Holland Mountains, which separate it from the famous Stellenbosch region.
