Holden Manz Vernissage
Description
Brilliant bright ruby red centre. The nose shows hints of prune juice, raspberries, cherries and mulberry with touches of white peppercorns and strawberry sherbet. Cassis and ripe raspberries on the palate, with prominent herbaceous notes. Beautiful ripe, soft and silky tannins with good balance and a lingering finish.
Extra Notes
Holden Manz Wine Estate, known as Franschhoek's hidden gem, is located in the southernmost corner of the stunningly beautiful Franschhoek Valley. The 22 hectare Estate, motto tread lightly, is owned by the Anglo-German Holden-Manz family since 2010. 75kW of solar panels provide electricity and a 40,000 litre roof water collection system supplements the underground water supply.
