The nose is fresh with balsamic notes and a mineral finish. The palate is complex with fruit flavours, full body, and has a nice long finish. This wine is suitable for vegetarians. Organically farmed.
Adega Eidos is a family run winery that has grown albariño in Rias Baixas since 1993. Located at the southern end of the sub-area “Val do Salnés” on the foot of a hillside called “Padriñán” it was in 2000 that they started bottling wines from this food-friendly indigenous Spanish grape. This Galician mono-varietal is a benchmark of the wine cellar: divergent, personal and complex. During Adega Eidos wine-making, traditional and modern methods are applied for an elaborate maceration that extracts the best flavour characteristics from the grape.
