Carmen Premier Carmenere
Description
Carménère is a representative wine of this emblematic variety of Chile, aromatically dominated by red and black fruits and spices. On the palate the silkiness of its tannins and depth make it very easy to drink and at the same time very versatile to pair a great diversity of foods.
Extra Notes
Viña Carmen was founded by Christian Lanz in 1850 and named in honour of his beloved wife. Carmen’s team of winemakers and viticulturists has traveled throughout Chile to analyze soils, climates, and temperatures in each zone in search of the best places to plant and harvest grapes. Carmen therefore has vineyards in Chile’s best wine regions, which enables each variety to reach its maximum expression.
