Our food is fresh and simple with the focus firmly on quality and where possible we work with smaller, local producers throughout our menu.
We have lots of interesting dishes, from small mezze plates though to delicious soups, pastries, salads and freshly prepared artisan toasties.
At the core of our menu you will find our charcuterie selection, where you can build your own board of cured meats and cheese.
Charcuterie boards are perfect for enjoying with friends with a bottle of wine or as something to excite your taste buds whilst exploring our Enomatic wines.
If it’s a smaller bite you’re looking for, we also serve a selection of artisan toasties and ever changing salads and soups, perfect for a lunch on the go, or a lighter dinner.Book a table

The Tasting House is a really nice night out, if fairly low key. Me and my friends came here to catch up, and we had some lovely wine and food too. "Great concept, great food, great wine"
Original concept and different to anything else in town, this is a great place for excellent wine, yummy charcuterie, couple with good service in a friendly atmosphere. For grown ups this is the best alternate to any of the pubs in town if you want a good lunch with wine.

Every week Bench Rest takes over our kitchen, adding a great addition of wholesome food to our already delicious menu.
All made from scratch, no shortcuts and as much as we possibly can, Bench Rest will be championing local and seasonal ingredients to serve alongside Laura’s artisan bread, entirely hand-crafted, slow fermented using wild yeast (sourdough) and organic flour and seeds.
The menu will be ever-evolving and will change every 2 weeks, keeping a close eye on what’s in season.
Our menus will change to reflect the seasons and are constantly evolving to include new and exciting ways to enjoy coffee alongside the traditional options that we all know and enjoy.
We choose who we work with very carefully, focusing on local producers and social enterprises, and using natural and organic products wherever possible.
