We offer free local delivery via our personal delivery service on all orders over £60, within a 10-mile radius of the shop. The following postcodes qualify:
RG1, OX10, RG10, RG11, RG12, RG2, RG26, RG27, RG30, RG31, RG4, RG40, RG41, RG42, RG5, RG6, RG7, RG8, RG9, SL6
For orders over 10 miles we charge a standard rate of £7.50 for a case of 6 wines and £10 for a case of 12 wines. These orders will be delivered via our personal delivery service or DPD depending on the distance involved.
Orders over £100, we offer free UK mainland delivery
Gift Cards - £2.00 UK wide.
Events - £10 UK wide.
We aim to deliver within 2 working days, with our standard delivery days being Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed by 9am on these days will be same day delivery if within the 10-mile radius.
Delivery times are 9.00am to 6.00pm. Most of our customers give us instructions to leave the wine in a safe place as this is by far the easiest way to ensure you get your wine on time. If you prefer to take delivery in person and have restricted times to receive your wine delivery then please let us know when placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
For all orders over 10 miles and through the DPD service, we will use the standard courier service which aims to deliver within 48 hrs.
You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the date you receive your wine, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact and returned to us in good condition. In order to cancel your order you must call us on 0118 9571531 or notify us by email on email@example.com
We shall reimburse the price of the wine within 30 days from the date you notify us of the cancellation.
Cancellation requires 14 days’ notice for a full ticket refund or exchange.
If some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund.
You must notify us of all wines which are due to be returned for any reason within 3 days from delivery of the wine.
If a wine is found to be corked or faulty, we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund provided you contact us by telephone, post or email within three working days of delivery. You may be required to return the unfinished bottle for inspection, with cost of shipping the wine back to us refundable when the wine is assessed as faulty.
In the unusual event that we deliver the wrong goods to you, we will offer you a refund or replacement of the incorrect wine, on return of the bottle(s) in question. Notification must be by telephone on 0118 9571531 or notifying us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org within three working days of delivery. If you live within the 10-mile radius, we will redeliver to you in person and collect the incorrect wine at the same time. For all orders outside of 10 miles, the shipping costs of returning the bottle(s) to us will be refunded.
